This policy explains how Buffalo Builders WNY handles information collected through this website and through the course of doing business with you. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything here isn't clear, call or email and ask.

We only ask for what we need to quote a job and stay in touch about it. Depending on how you reach us, that may include:

- The address of the property the work is for
- Details you share about the project, including photos you send us
- Notes from our conversations, estimates, and scheduling
You give us this information voluntarily — by filling out the estimate form, emailing us, or calling. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment card numbers or financial details through this website.
What we use it for
Your information is used for project and contact purposes only. Specifically:
- Responding to your inquiry and answering questions
- Preparing and sending a written estimate
- Scheduling the walkthrough and the work itself
- Communicating with you while the project is underway
- Following up after the job is finished
- Keeping a record of work performed at your property
We don't use your information to build marketing profiles, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
We do not sell or share your information

Photos of your project
We sometimes photograph completed work to show what we do. Those photos show the space, never your name, address, or any personal details.
If you'd rather we didn't photograph your project at all, just say so — before, during, or after the job. We'll take it down and that's the end of it.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as it's useful to have them — so we can look up what paint went on your walls three years ago, or what we repaired last spring. If you'd like your information removed from our records, ask and we'll take care of it.
How it's kept
Information you send us is kept in our own business records and email, accessible only to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't store your information anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we don't hand it around.
Your choices
You're in control of what you share with us. At any point you can:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct something that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information from our records
- Ask us not to contact you again
Call, text, or email and we'll handle it. No forms to fill out.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
